Are you a creative and talented person with an artistic flair that is just itching to break free?

Have family and friends often commented about how you should be an Interior Designer or Home Stager?

Are you one of those people who constantly watch HGTV and other similar channels whenever there's a show on about design, decorating, home improvement, Etc?

Do you often times find yourself walking into a room and thinking to yourself - "I'd do this, or I'd do that if only I were the designer"?

Do you LOVE to Shop?

Do you need a substantial source of income with flexible hours?

If you answered yes to most or all of these questions than you should seriously consider getting the Professional Training you need, right now.  You may very well be a Stager or Re-Designer at heart, just waiting to be released into your destiny!

Our prices are extremely reasonable, and considerably lower then most all other stager training courses that's out there.  Our training, however, is extensive and covers everything you need to know about the business.

Through Paradise Home Staging, our sister company, we have opportunities for freelancers to work with us on our staging projects, or you can put your stager training to use in your own home staging business - the choice is yours.  Home Stagers and Re-Designers usually work from home and the business requires little or no inventory.  Average earnings are $15 to $75/Hr, depending on the home and whether you are working on your own or working for a staging company such as ours.  Working with us, you would normally earn $25 to $30/Hr. as a lead stager, and $15 an Hr. as an assistant stager.

Video & Still Photography Techniques For Home Stagers:  Video and Still Pictures are both very  powerful marketing tools.  Unfortunately, many clients and even Realtors do not know how, or have the proper professional grade equipment to produce the desired and needed results.  But over 90% of all home buyers begin their search for a new home online, so professionally produced photographs and video is an absolutely essential component to successfully selling a home in the least amount of time and for the most amount of money.  It does little good to stage a home and make it beautiful and attractive if no one ever goes out to look at the home.  After a home is staged, it needs a strong online presence in order to attract lookers.   As a Value-Added Feature, once the staging is completed, Home Stagers can provide this marketing tool in order to help assure the effectiveness of the staging work.  This course teaches you some of the most basic techniques and gives you vital information that you need in order to provide this service.

We will show you how to properly take photos and video for real estate.  We will teach you some basic editing techniques and provide you with a working knowledge of Tripods, Special Lenses, Professional Cameras, and lighting.
