Additional Course Material:
We now have 5 new "eTextBooks that come with this course.  There is no additional charge for these books - they are included!.  You can see these books by visiting this link.  This will take you to our national course information, but the books are the same for both our local as well as our national course,  We are also currently developing new materials, which will be much more extensive and useful in covering the topics included in our course - especially in regard to the Real Estate Merchandising element and Luxury Staging techniques.  These materials will be made available to you as they are created.  This is an ongoing work in progress at the moment. 

GUARRANTEE & REFUND POLICY Before registering and signing up, please  be sure that you are truly serious about taking our course.  Because our local course here in Hawaii is taught live, in one-on-one and in small group class sessions, we will ONLY give refunds if and after you have completed your first 3 sessions (minimum 2 Hrs/session).  If you change your mind after registration without attending your first three classes,  you will not be eligible for a refund.  If you do not cancel your course immediately following your first 3 sessions, you will not be eligible for a refund.  If you do cancel, the pro-rated portion of the sessions not taken will be refunded.  This policy gives you the opportunity to take your first 3 classes, to try it out, and to make sure it's right for you.  If, for any reason you are not completely happy with your course after your initial first 3 sessions, you may cancel and receive a prorated refund, no questions asked.  Please Note However:  Refunds may take between 15 and 90 days to process.  This policy goes into effect as of Thursday, June 16, 2011 and is subject to change at anytime.  Any changes to this policy will be posted on this website and are retroactive for all students regardless of signup date.  This policy is non-inclusive of students who have signed up for our courses prior to April 10, 2011.
