 HAWAII HOME STAGERS PROTEGE
CLUB™
On the mainland you will find
several staging organizations that serve the staging industry.
These organizations provide member stagers with a unique opportunity to
meet each other, to share experiences, and to leverage the power of a group in order to
obtain professional discounts. These organizations also lend
strength to their members in marketing and in other areas of business
where individual resources might be lacking and where a collective
effort could benefit a larger whole. These organizations work
well, and they are quiet excellent - unfortunately, none of them are
currently very active, or completely relevant in the Hawaii market.
For example; many, if not most of the discounts, deals and special
arrangements with industry vendors that national mainland organizations
are able to pass on to their members are not available here in our
state. Indeed, many of the vendors that mainland stagers and
staging organizations routinely deal with are not even present in
Hawaii. Also, industry related conventions, trade shows and
seminars require long and costly trips to
the mainland in order to participate in their activities. Wouldn't
it be wonderful to have a few of our own? Another area in which we hope to
begin bridging the gap with locally is in the area of education.
Not only do we seek to provide training to individuals who are
interested in becoming home stagers, but there is also a huge need to
educate home sellers and realtors about the staging industry. We will be striving to further
this effort by promote knowledge
in Hawaii about home staging and the industry as a whole.
Through the Hawaii Home Stagers Protégé Club, It is our hope, and
our goal to create a local, Kamaaina organization - one in
which the professional staging and interior design community in Hawaii
can reap local benefits that apply to our local area. If you would
like to become a member, or if you would like to help us to get this
organization off the ground, please contact us. If you sign up for
our home stager training program you will automatically be given a one
year membership, included in your enrollment fee.
