Home Stager Courses:
 As
a home stager, you help
home owners to sell their homes quickly and for the best price. You'll
entice potential buyers by highlighting a home's best features and
making it feel spacious, warm, and inviting inside and out.
As a stager, you are a home merchandising
expert. You help clients prepare their
homes for sale. The staging process involves de-cluttering,
depersonalizing, redesigning rooms, improving curb appeal, and
addressing necessary repairs. The goal is to make the property as
appealing as possible to potential buyers by maximizing its
attributes and making it appear large, bright, clean, and inviting.
Our comprehensive courses teach you proven staging
techniques and how to apply them anywhere, from a cozy condo to a
luxurious mansion. You'll learn the theories behind staging, why it
delivers such amazing results, and you will come to understand why it's such a vital,
popular service. We give you professional skills that you can use
immediately. Our training covers all the steps involved in a
professional staging job, and more.
You Have Options: Two Courses To Get You On Your Way
You can start by taking our Assistant Stager training, and then
upgrade later on to complete your training and become a fully
certified HHSPC Lead Stager. This will result in a lower
initial out of pocket cost and give you the basic skills you need to
get started. Or, you can save on the total cost and take the
complete course right from the beginning and earn your full
HHSPC Staging Pro™ Designation.

how to set a property apart from all the rest in a competitive

bursting with tips, ideas, and advice for home stagers
- Practical, hands-on exercises designed to develop your
professionals skills
- Comprehensive business training. This ad-on course will soon
be available for those starting their own staging businesses and
will give you our HHSPC Staging Pro Plus™
designation. You'll learn how to set up and register your
business, and how to advertise and sell your services. We'll
show you how to charge for your work, negotiate with vendors,
and manage your projects and accounts. You'll gain the knowledge
and the confidence you need to succeed as a professional
stager. Basic business training is already included in our main
HHSPC Staging Pro designation™
course but this ad-on will take your initial training to the
next level. Designed for those with little or no previous
business training or experience, who need more in-depth business
training in order to operate their own home based staging
business.
- Consultation report templates for vacant and occupied homes.
These handy booklets can be filled out as you tour the property
and left with your clients at the end of the consultation.
You'll receive these templates electronically so you can easily
modify them and customize them to suit your business.
- The course is divided into five units and each unit includes
an easy-to-follow course guide. The course guide takes you
through the program step by step and instructs you when to read
your lesson texts, watch your movies on DVD, and complete your
staging assignments. Everything is organized to make your
learning experience straightforward and enjoyable.
- Your personal tutors. A professional stager and a
Professional Business Entrepreneur, who will work directly with
you, personally on a one-on-one level throughout your training.
Your tutor will review your assignments and give you expert
advice on your work. Your tutor is also available by phone or
email to answer your questions and offer you valuable advice
based on his or her years of professional experience. It's like
having your very own personal advisor and direct connection to
the home staging industry.
