We have two courses available at this time: our HHSPC Real Estate Merchandiser & Home Staging Pro™ Home Stager Training and Certification Course, and our HHSPC / NHSPC Gold Certification Upgrade Course..  Information on our course fees and payment options can be found below.




Initial Core Course:  -  Our full Home Stager, 28 Lesson Training Program, which concludes by providing you with the HHSPC Real Estate Merchandiser & Home Staging Pro™ Certification  is only $897.00.  This covers all of your training materials (even textbooks), one-on-one personal training and coaching, and a one year membership in the HHSPC™.

This is an extremely low price when you consider that other, out of state, online courses generally start at around $1,000 and go up to $1500, $1800. or even more!  Many mainland courses also require you to travel a very long distance in order to get your staging education - this ads even more to your cost.  Others provide their materials and train online.  Online can work out pretty well but there is no substitute for a real, live person who can be there to personally tooter you and to provide you with some actual hands-on, local experience.  Also, your entire training fee can easily be realized back with just one single staging job.   An investment in stager training is an investment in  yourself.   Keep in mind, too - this is local training that is geared toward our local market here in Hawaii.  This is important because the Hawaii market IS different then the mainland market and you need to know and understand the differences.

After your training is complete, you will have an opportunity to work with us as a freelance home stager and to potentially earn a very nice income just for doing the kind of work that you love - staging homes.  This is an opportunity that you do not get with an online or mainland staging school.

If, on the other hand, you decide that you would like to strike out completely on your own and operate a totally independent stand alone home staging company, that's okay too.  We can provide you with the training you need to get started, plus we have additional tools to help you along the way.  Course Outline - Registration

YEARLY REFRESHER TRAINING -  Available for all HHSPC Staging Pro™ Certified Stagers: If you would like to keep up with all the latest trends, industry news and additional information, we will be offering an annual refresher training course.  If you take this course you will not need to renew your HHSPC™ annual membership as it will be renewed for you free of charge as a part of your ongoing and updated training - $99.00

Custom built,  beautifully designed dynamic website - $549.00
If you are taking our training program  with the goal of opening up your own staging business, you will need a website.  We can provide this for you at a deep discount over what you would normally have to pay.  A site from HHSPC™ that will allow you do your own, unlimited updates, even with absolutely no knowledge of HTML or programming what-so-ever.  You will need no software other then your web browser, and we will even provide you with full service web hosting and your very own domain name (registered fully in your name).  We can also provide support services, such as video production for your clients homes, photography, business card and marketing materials design, and more.

HHSPC™ Membership:
Through the formation of HHSPC™, we we will be providing some great connections to both mainland and local, Hawaii based resources for staging furnishings and accessories, and at discounts that will help both your business and your clients pocketbooks.  We are also looking at the possibilities for trade show participation in the not too distant future, in order to help promote Hawaii's Staging Industry.  If you would like to help us to make Hawaii's staging industry a more viable and vibrant, successful industry, and if you would like to participate in our organization, please consider joining and supporting us by purchasing a membership.
