National Association of Realtors (NAR):
...The average staging investment is between 1 and 3 percent of the
home's asking price, which generates a return of
8 to 10 percent.

NOTE:
Please keep in mind that if furniture is needed,
this is a cost in addition to our staging and
design fees. The cost of furniture will
depend on your homes exact needs; I.E., size,
architecture, age , and even it's price range.
For example, we can bring in rental furniture
for homes below one million dollars in value.
Luxury homes however (valued at over one million
$) will most likely require that furniture be
purchased, due to the lack of local availability
of rental furniture that is appropriate for
luxury properties. Keep in mind, though,
that if furniture has to be purchased for your
home, it will ad substantial value and it can
become a part of the sale; turning your home
into a turn-key property. This can make a
luxury home sell much easier and quicker
Most home buyers today want homes that are "move
in ready", so this can be a win/win for
both the seller and the buyer! |
